A letter from home

Tonight, after dinner, Lieutenant told me there's a letter for and asked me to pick it up at councilor's office. I knew it might be the money pakage sent by my mom, I was in a desperate need for money, so I quickly picked it up and open it. later I found there's 3,000 NTD in it, more than I had asked for. I guessed mom sent me extra two thousands just in case there's other use for money. I really appreciated that she's being thoughtful at this moment of time, however, as I had been in the training center for two weeks, I'm kinda getting the feeling that it's really not the easy to make money and she should have sent just one thoundsand. Don't waste time and money is one of the lessons i've learned in the army.
